Sandwiches

We try to let nature tell us what is good and then create fresh innovative products around what she gives. Fabulous ingredients conveniently wrapped in delicious handmade bread, sit and indulge or grab some Gail’s lunch on the go.

  • Mozzarella & Antipasti Ciabatta

A vegetarian antipasti platter conveniently packed into a black olive ciabatta. Roasted artichoke, peppers and aubergine in olive oil and herbs with a dash of extra virgin olive oil balsamic vinegar.

  • Balkan Sandwich

This sandwich is best toasted, to really capture the feel of the area it was inspired from and bring out the rich flavours and colours.

  • Milano Salami Sandwich

We carefully pick our tomatoes to complement the full personality of the mustard, salami milano, lettuce and kalamata olives.

  • GAIL's Ham and Emmental Sandwich

It doesn't get simpler than this sandwich. We use ham that is roasted after the steaming process in order to get a deeper flavour and colour. No added phosphates, no milk derivates and no sugars. Enjoy

  • Proscuitto Di Parma Sandwich

A classic combination of proscuitto, parmesan and rocket. We like to drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top and gnaw our way through. Delicious

  • GAIL's Goats Cheese and Sage Sandwich

The goats cheese is the perfect partner for our dark rye with walnuts. The added touch of sage gives a fabulous innovative kick for a sandwich you wouldn't be able to find on the highstreet.

  • The Quintessential British Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Reminiscent of days gone by, watching the tennis and sipping on Pimms. Equally as fabulous scoffing this sandwich on the way to the tube. We give ours a splash of lemon for extra zing.

  • Goat Cheese On The Go Sandwich

For those with a smaller appetite. Another one of GAIL's antipasti sandwiches for all those skiinny minnys on the go.

  • The Tahini Adventure Sandwich

Traditionally found on the streets of Israel, we've created our own British GAIL's version. It is certainly not a sandwich for everyone, but the more adventurous eater will become addicted.
