These days, muffins are confusing business. Dried fruit, re-hydrated fruit, fruit concentrate...what the? If it's meant to be a 'fruit' muffin, just use real fruit, right? Count the number of fruit bits in our muffins - hours of entertainment.

  • Blueberry Muffin

    Blueberries are one of the richest sources of antioxidants, shorthand for keeping you healthy and youthful looking. Our muffin tastes that much better because we use REAL fresh blueberries, none of that artificial stuff. We fold the muffin mix with the blueberries to give a light, fluffy texture and add vanilla for a lovely essence.

    The pure almond extract make these muffins a big hit, hand on our heart we don?t use evil almond essence. The delightful almond extract is gently folded in with our premium Lescure butter, cake flour, buttermilk, free range eggs, baking powder and poppy seeds to give you a truly light and soft textured treat.

  • Sugar and dairy free muffins

    Why not add this righteous muffin to your new year?s resolution list? We use REAL fruit pieces of Raspberry and Cranberry and mix them together with Soya milk, vanilla extract, whole eggs, flour and honey.

  • Bran Muffin

    Start the day the healthy way with our fibre?filled flavoursome bran muffins with added raisins. The bran is combined with buttermilk, light brown sugar, organic free-range eggs, flour, baking powder and baking soda. We also press the juice of 3 oranges and use orange zest to give this muffin a lovely citrus taste. ? In case you didn?t know, bran is particularity rich in dietary fibre and contains significant quantities of protein, vitamins and dietary minerals.
