Dips

Dips are so much more delicious when you make them yourself. Our chefs have created some very exciting dips using the most succulent flavours inspired from around the globe. Enjoy!

  • The comeback dip

The Butternut squash has such a decadent flavour; it would be crazy for us not to use it in this suburb dip. This vegetable has been carefully roasted and processed with Tahini, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and cinnamon. We sprinkle pine nuts on the top for a lovely garnish. A subtle sweet and nutty taste for you to indulge.

  • The multicultural beetroot dip

This dip is bursting with vibrant colours and favours. The interesting antipodean twist of the beetroot compliments the ingredients of Tahini, extra virgin olive oil, mint, red wine and vinegar so well, you just have it give it a try.

  • Hummus with organic chick peas dip

Hummus is one of those dips that you can enjoy with almost everything - pita bread, carrots sticks, cucumber and the list is endless. The fresh organic chick peas we use are grinded together with garlic, Tahini, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil , sweet paprika and parsley. It smells just as good as it tastes.

  • Smokey aubergine dip

The char-grilled aubergines are mingled beautifully with natural yoghurt, garlic, Tahini, lemon juice, cayenne, parsley and pomegranate. The meaty texture of the aubergines makes this a perfect vegetarian dip
