Why not try our glorious range of salads inspired from around the world? Some may be familiar such as the classic fruit salad, others more intriguing, such as our delicious Thai prawn noodle salad - Love in the mist.  We have some real winners!

  • Broad bean salad

    Habas con Chili! This humble and healthy broad bean is dressed in red chili, coriander and lime juice and it's ready to rumba! This delicious salad is ideal for those who love Mexican favours - you won't be disappointed because it tastes authentic.

  • Refreshing salad with organic quinoa

    The texture in this salad is simply sensational. A combination of crunchiness from the quinoa and pomegranate is softly messaged into a delicate crumble from the fresh lime, coriander and mint. A GAIL's classic.

  • Cheddar pasta salad

    Our twist on the timeless classic - macaroni and cheese. This salad is dangerously tasty and it's dotted with fresh garden peas, which really puts the packet variety to shame! It's full of great characteristic taste from the flavours of the cheddar cheese combined with fine white wine, shallots and garlic.

  • Love in the mist

    No, it's not a Sigourney weaver film. Love in the mist is actually the common name for nigella seeds which somewhat tastes like oregano mixed with pepper. These ingredients inspired the combination for this classic Thai prawn noodle salad. We use the best Thai rice noodles available, fresh prawns, a mixture of peppers for colour and a lovely source made from honey, Soya sauce and chili.

  • Light salad with organic fusilli pasta

    This salad is breathtakingly simple but so tasty. We drench the fusilli pasta with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil and salt and then toss it tighter with organic baby spinach leaves and shavings of parmesan cheese. It's the perfect luncheon treat!

  • Protein salad with organic butter beans

    This salad is ideal for anyone wishing to increase their intake of protein. The protein from the organic butter beans and the vitamin C from the pomegranates will keep you dancing through out the day. We've also included green and red peppers, spring onions, parsley garlic, lemon juice and olive oil to accompany the butter beans.

  • Quail egg salad

    Such a uninqie and exquisite salad. The earthy flavours from the red rice, green peas and chick peas are simply divine and to top it off we’ve placed generous slices of quail eggs.

  • Mozzarella and mango salad

    Some may think that mozzarella and mango is an unusual combination for a salad, but we promise the flavours compliment each other so well that when you taste it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. We toss in some fresh organic rocket leaves with the mango pieces and mozzarella, then for the dressing; we use olive oil, sweet chili sauce, fresh chopped basil and lemon/lime juice. The flavours and colours are sensational.

  • Summer salad with lemon grass syrup

    It’s interesting what you can create when you take a few simple ingredients and combine them in an unexpected way. The fresh flavours of the strawberries and raspberries compliment the sweet lemon grass syrup. Raspberries are a rich source of antioxidants and vitamin C, so it is ideal if you fancy something light and healthy. This salad is sure to tick your boxes this summer.

  • Two bean salad

    Here’s a simple and healthy two bean salad to wet your appetite. We use fresh (not tinned) butter beans - also a low GI food and toss them together with lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin – for a distinctive flavour, cherry wine tomatoes, radish, spring onions and mint. The dressing is made up from lemon juice, yoghurt, olive oil and garlic. It tastes so great and is best eaten in the warm weather

  • Passion fruit shortbread salad

    Who'd thought – tropical shortbread? We mix together mouth watering pieces of passion fruit with Philadelphia cheese, icing sugar and milk sourced from one of the highest quality diary producers in the UK – Rachel's. The shortbread is crumbled up and drizzled over the mix for some summer colour.

  • Fruit salad

    A classic, light and healthy salad contributing to your 5 a day. We use refreshing organic fruits such as red & green apples and kiwi fruit that you can enjoy on the go.

  • Summer salad

    Perfect for a light lunch or an accompaniement to something wrapped in pastry. The rocket leafs are tossed together with cubes of feta cheese, fresh mango chunks, sun dried tomatoes and Kalmata olives. For the dressing, we have mixed extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and a of salt and pepper.
