We often get asked for a menu. We think it’s a bit, well, old hat. Imagine you walked into your favourite clothes store and they had the same size and style outfit every single time - you’d get pretty bored, right? So why are we creatures of habit when it comes to our food? The same venue and menu day in day out? Not only do we find it a bit dull, it simply doesn’t work if you want the best that nature can provide. We try to let nature tell us what is good and then create great fresh products around what she gives. We also are prone to a bit of creative itch. So don’t be surprised when you find different products from day to day. We are just trying to keep the spice in your life and ours. We even get a bit of the itch throughout the day, so we change things every few hours to fit in with your munching moods. Let us know if we are hitting the right cravings.)

Although cracking breads are our first passion, we have lots of other lovely bits and bobs to indulge in like fresh from the oven croissants, colourful pastries with locally sourced fruit, cakes, chunky cookies, savoury snacks, biodynamic tea and fair-trade coffee. Our winter soups are made from seasonal vegetables that we source fresh from the morning markets. Or you can grab a freshly made sandwich with innovative non-high-street combinations like phosphate-free charcoal smoked ham, spicy guacamole and coriander salad or organic salmon cerviche tartine from the Hampstead fishmonger.

We hope you share our passion for change (and that you agree) what we lack in the menu department we make up for with food that speaks volumes.
